Safety and productivity are inhearintly connected, so why is safety pushed aside in the construction industry. The only thing that I can see is that we all believe "<em>it can't happen to me",</em> not only can it happen to you, but every person ever injured in the workplace once believed <em>"it can't happen to me"</em>. Yes if its less than 18.5 to a lower level then you are going to hit the lower level.
