Safety and productivity are inhearintly connected, so why is safety pushed aside in the construction industry. The only thing that I can see is that we all believe "&lt;em&gt;it can't happen to me",&lt;/em&gt; not only can it happen to you, but every person ever injured in the workplace once believed &lt;em&gt;"it can't happen to me"&lt;/em&gt;. Yes if its less than 18.5 to a lower level then you are going to hit the lower level.
